The Department of Drug Economics and Management has been established since 2007 in the Faculty of Pharmacy of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. This group was formed with the aim of explaining the principles of management and economics in the processes of education and research in pharmaceuticals. The mission statement of this group has been compiled with this approach and approved by the educational-research council of the group.

 

Educational status

 

With active participation in all educational, research and executive matters of the faculty, this group will try to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the graduates by training students in professional doctoral degrees and specialized courses as well as holding short-term sectional and interdisciplinary courses. To increase the provision of services in related fields. Currently, 30 students are studying at the PhD level in this field.
